What’s new in bbtg2
Rules Updates
The contestant who wins Head of House should nominate Houseguests for eviction. If they fail to do so within the time window allocated, Big Brother will choose the Have Nots and Nominees, but won’t nominate the HoH.
The selection of eviction nominees and replacement nominees are separate events.
The winner of the Power of Veto may or may not take a nominee Off The Block. If they do, the HoH should nominate a replacement. If they fail to do so within the time window allocated, Big Brother will choose a replacement nominee, but won’t nominate the HoH.
Eviction Mechanics Update
All Houseguests except the Nominees can vote for the nominee to evict. The Head of House vote is not counted, unless there is a tie.
The penultimate eviction will be decided by Public Vote. The Houseguest with the most votes to evict will be eliminated.
The final eviction will be decided by House Jury Vote.
Each Houseguest evicted prior to the final eviction round will be asked to rank their Housemates in order of preference. Big Brother will apply each evicted Houseguest’s relative ranking to the remaining Houseguests and the one with the lowest ranking will be evicted.
